Front Desk Agent
The Park on Main Hotel in beautiful Highlands, NC is seeking a Full-time Front Desk Agent to provide personalized, courteous, and prompt service to ensure a pleasant stay for the guests while following all standard operating procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Efficient and timely execution of the shift checklists.
- Set up and tear down of continental breakfast.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for guests to provide services such as check in, check out, assistance making reservations, room issues or requests, or any other task requested by the guest.
- Follows proper billing and cash handling procedures.
- Displays high level competency in the property management systems.
- Interacts with guests in a manner that is professional, ethical, and customer service driven.
- Follows the proper work environment procedures regarding harassment, grievances, and substance abuse as outlined in the Columbus Hospitality handbook.
- Provides professional and thorough communication (via email, property management system or verbal) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Interacts with guests in a manner that is professional, ethical, and customer service driven.
- Provides excellent concierge services to guests by having a high level of knowledge of dining and recreational opportunities in the surrounding areas.
- Answer all phones in a professional and courteous manner.
- Any other task deemed necessary by the management team.
