Marketing Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and managing day-to-day marketing activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure marketing campaigns are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and company goals.
- Budget Coordination: Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring campaigns and projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer trends, industry insights, and competitor activity, using the information to inform campaign development and marketing decisions.
- Brand Development & Promotion: Help create and implement promotional strategies, including content creation, advertising campaigns, and brand messaging, to strengthen brand identity and market presence.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product development, etc.) to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), and prepare reports for senior management to assess ROI and make data-driven decisions.
- Content Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital content, email campaigns, and social media posts, ensuring messaging is consistent and engaging.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, or product launches, working with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful programs.
- Ongoing Optimization: Continuously evaluate marketing strategies and suggest improvements based on performance analysis, market feedback, and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign execution, brand management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, content marketing, SEO/SEM) and traditional marketing methods.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve marketing efforts.
- Creative thinking with experience in content creation, advertising, and promotional strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or content management systems (CMS).
