What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Owning the Bar Like a Boss):

• Mix, Shake, & Serve – Craft killer cocktails, pour perfect pours, and keep drinks flowing all night.
• Keep Up with the Rush – Handle multiple orders at once like it’s second nature.
• Engage & Entertain – Be the life of the bar, keeping guests happy, engaged, and ready for another round.
• Own Your Space – Keep the bar stocked, spotless, and running like a well-oiled machine.
• Sell Without Selling – Suggest premium spirits, craft cocktails, and crowd favorites to boost sales (and your tips!)

What We Need From You:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States – We do not provide visa sponsorship.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to wear non-slip shoes (not provided) for safety.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays—that’s when the magic happens!
• Previous bartending experience is a must—bring your skills, speed, and creativity behind the bar!
• Bilingual in Spanish? Not required, but a big plus for connecting with our diverse guests!

Physical Requirements:

• Endurance & Mobility – You’ll be on your feet, moving fast, and handling high-energy shifts.
• Strength & Lifting – Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., including kegs and heavy trays.
• Manual Dexterity – You’ll be pouring, shaking, garnishing, and handling cash quickly and accurately.
• Environmental Adaptability – Comfortable working in a busy bar setting with heat, smoke, and steam.
• Sensory Skills – Strong vision, hearing, and communication to serve up excellence.
• Ingredient Handling – Must be able to work with a variety of spirits, garnishes, and potential allergens.
