Key Responsibilities:

• Stretch, toss, and bake pizza dough like a seasoned pizzaiolo
• Create and cook pizzas using fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Deliver top-tier customer service with personality and professionalism
• Operate pizza ovens with speed and precision
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workstation
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Must wear non-slip shoes (not provided)
• Previous experience in pizza making, line cook, or kitchen staff roles is a big plus
• Fluent in English – able to communicate clearly with team members and guests
• Spanish proficiency is a plus and helps us serve our diverse guest community

Physical & Sensory Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously during long shifts in a busy kitchen
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs—from fresh dough to sauce containers
• Manual dexterity for shaping dough, handling tools, and assembling pizzas with precision
• Strong vision (near, far, and peripheral) to monitor food quality and safety
• Clear speech for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members
• Good hearing to take direction and respond in a dynamic, often noisy environment
• Comfortable working around hot ovens, steam, and various temperatures
• Flexibility and agility to bend, stoop, twist, and reach throughout the shift
• Able to work safely with fresh, raw ingredients during food prep and pizza-making
