Job Summary:
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will serve as the initial contact for job applicants and new employees. You'll assist them throughout the hiring process and ensure they are well-prepared for their new roles while providing an exceptional experience!
Essential Functions:
- Contact candidates to schedule interviews, answer candidate questions, and assist new hires with onboarding documents.
- Conduct candidate pre-employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.
- Manage HR email inbox inquiries and follow-ups as needed.
- Provide administrative support, assist projects, and complete weekly recruiting summaries.
- Create new positions in the Applicant Tracking System when a job requisition is submitted.
- Update the weekly job opening list and communicate it to the various agencies, schools, and chambers of commerce.
- Coordinate as needed with various team member events such as recognition of team member of the month and all team member meetings, trainings, and celebrations.
- Assist new team members with online benefit enrollment
- Track all training in a log and ensure all required training is current.
- Adheres to a strict code of confidentiality
- Manages the non-exempt personnel files to include daily filing
- Maintain and update team member bulletin boards.
- Have complete knowledge of all department policies, standards, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Computer literate in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handling multiple duties.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Friendly and personable.
