Senior Graphic Designer

Ocala, FL

The Senior Graphic Designer plays a key part in shaping the visual identity of both our luxury resort offerings and our equestrian and sport programming. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of brand-driven design, a strong portfolio spanning both print and digital, and the flexibility to pivot between distinct brand voices while maintaining a unified visual presence under a larger umbrella.

This is an on-site position that supports the resort/hospitality verticals (hotels, dining, retail, and spa), horse shows, special events, and sports programming.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a wide range of high-impact creative materials, with a strong focus on digital advertising and campaign-driven marketing assets.
  • Develop creative solutions that align with project goals and business objectives, working with the marketing team to ensure that every asset has a purpose, whether it’s driving bookings, increasing attendance, or elevating brand sentiment.
  • Support the launch and evolution of new brands, sub-brands, and business verticals, including the development of logos, identity systems, collateral templates, and style guides.
  • Concept and execute a variety of creative deliverables, including:
    • Digital and print advertisements
    • Social media graphics and promotional assets
    • Email and web graphics
    • Signage and event branding
    • Menus, brochures, presentations, and internal materials
    • Sales collateral
  • Ensure all design outputs are consistent with established brand guidelines while adapting visual tone to suit distinct sub-brand audiences (for example: luxury hospitality vs. equestrian sport).
  • Prepare final press-ready files and liaise with external printers or vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • As needed, support light motion design or video content development as needed for digital and social use.
