A Sudden Impulse Store Supervisor

The World Equestrian Center - is currently seeking a Part-time A Sudden Impulse Sales Supervisor to join our team!  You must be at least 18 to apply.

The Retail Supervisor will performsales, management, and administrative tasks, such as maintaining salesperformance, training, and monitoring inventory. To be successful as a RetailSupervisor you should have excellent sales and leadership skills, as well asstrong customer service skills. You should also have a thorough knowledge ofday-to-day retail operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Passionate about meeting sales goals and takes pride in their work resulting in overall safety, quality and performance.
  • Assist with the sales of our store’s products with focus on maximizing sales.
  • Monitor team performance, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, training associates.
  • Ensure every customer has an exceptional experience from entrance to exit.
  • Solve customer complaints and answer customer questions with confidence to maintain positive customer relations.
  • Stock shelves, maintain inventory, set up and maintain displays, ring up merchandise sales, and perform cleaning duties.
  • Motivate the sales staff and create a healthy atmosphere of competition to drive sales.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and ready to make each customer’s day by helping them find the perfect gifts.
  • Excited to create exceptional shopping experiences, make our store look great and display our top name brands and specialty items.
  • Invested in developing and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
  • Driven to execute WEC’s high standards of operations.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 3+ years of retail experience.
  • Experience in sales is necessary.
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen and awareness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Flexible work hours including weekend availability.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
