Key Responsibilities

• Lead all FOH operations to deliver consistent 5-star guest experiences
• Inspire, coach, and develop staff to perform with pride and excellence
• Address guest concerns with speed, elegance, and professionalism
• Collaborate with BOH and Market teams for seamless service across the property
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, service flow, and daily operations
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards with precision
• Foster a culture of positivity, accountability, and culinary pride

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (fine dining strongly preferred)
• Expertise in guest service, wine, labor strategy, and upscale operations
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and hospitality traditions
• Proficient in POS systems, scheduling, and health/safety compliance
• Reliable transportation and open availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Ability to obtain and maintain Food Safety Manager certification
• Must complete and maintain alcohol compliance training
• Non-slip footwear required (not provided)

Physical & Sensory Requirements

• Stand and walk for long shifts with energy and focus
• Lift up to 50 lbs (at, below, and above waist)
• Navigate stairs and busy kitchen/service areas with ease
• Work in hot, cold, humid, and high-traffic environments
• Handle allergens (nuts, shellfish, gluten, dairy) with care
• Clear vision, hearing, and communication for guest and team interaction
• Bend, kneel, twist, and use step stools as needed
