Key Responsibilities

• Lead all front-of-house operations to consistently deliver 5-star guest experiences
• Collaborate with back-of-house and market leadership to ensure seamless flow
• Handle guest concerns gracefully and proactively
• Drive performance through daily service coaching and quality checks
• Monitor labor costs, scheduling, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Create a culture rooted in positivity, hospitality, and accountability

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (fine dining highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine pairings, and upscale guest service
• POS and restaurant management software proficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills with an eye for team development
• Reliable transportation & open availability (including nights, weekends, holidays)
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Food Safety Manager Certification (or willing to obtain)
• Alcohol compliance certification required
• Must wear non-slip footwear (not provided)

Physical & Sensory Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods with focus and energy
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (below waist, waist level, and overhead)
• Navigate stairs and tight service areas with ease
• Work in high-heat, cold, humid, and fast-paced environments
• Handle allergens (nuts, shellfish, gluten, dairy, etc.) with awareness
• Clear hearing, vision, and communication skills essential
• Must be able to bend, kneel, reach, twist, and use ladders or step stools safely
