DeRomo’s Gourmet Market & Restaurant in Naples, FL is seeking a Part-Time Bartender who is reliable, motivated, and ready to take ownership of their role in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift
• Follow established recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency
• Provide respectful and attentive service to all guests
• Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service
• Accurately complete opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
• Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth operations
• Stay knowledgeable on menu offerings, seasonal specials, and house selections
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous bartending experience required
• Reliable transportation
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
