Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of the pub and garden. This role ensures smooth service, maintains high standards of hospitality, and ensures front-of-house staff deliver exceptional guest experiences in a lively, entertainment-focused setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
· Assist in training, scheduling, and mentoring service staff and bartenders.
· Monitor quality of service, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
· Support inventory control, stock rotation, and supply ordering.
· Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
· Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
· Assist with event setup and execution, including live music nights and private bookings.
· Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and internal policies.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities:
· 2+ years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality supervision.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of bar operations, food service, and POS systems.
· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· ServSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred.
