Pastry Cook ll | Emma's Equestrian Manor
Pastry Cook ll is a mid-level role responsible for supporting the production of all pastry items and assisting with finishing and packaging. This role requires solid pastry knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finish boutique pastry items such as cookies, tarts, and macarons.
- Assist with decorating and packaging according to brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Follow prep lists and production schedules.
- Support Pastry Cook Boutique 1 in executing daily goals.
- Monitor product quality and report inconsistencies.
- Assist with preparation and plating of desserts during service.
- Follow established recipes and plating guidelines.
- Maintain mise en place and support service readiness.
- Monitor product quality and report inconsistencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support Pastry Cook Restaurant 1 and kitchen leadership as needed.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities
- 2–3 years of professional pastry experience.
- Proficiency in basic pastry techniques and finishing skills.
- Serv Safe Certification preferred.
- Culinary or pastry education a plus.
