We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Set-Up/Breakdown Associate to join our dynamic team.

As a Banquet Set-Up/Breakdown Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of events by preparing the venue and coordinating post-event tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to set up event spaces according to client specifications and assist in breaking down and clearing spaces promptly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with the event planning team to understand event requirements and setup plans.
- Arrange tables, chairs, and other furniture to create the desired layout and ambiance for events.
- Set up decorations, linens, silverware, and other necessary event items.
- Ensure that all event spaces are clean, organized, and visually appealing before guests arrive.
- Break down and clean event spaces following each event in a timely manner.
- Safely handle and store event equipment and materials.
- Aid other team members in maintaining a well-organized inventory of event supplies.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards at all times.

**Qualifications:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Previous experience in event setup and breakdown is preferred but not required.
3. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
4. Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
6. Physical stamina to handle the setup and breakdown of heavy furniture and equipment.
7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, when necessary.
