Valet Parking Lead
The Valet Parking Lead is the shift leader for the valet parking department. This includes The Equestrian Hotel, The Equestrian Manor, and elevated event-based valet services throughout the grounds. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and organized leader who thrives in high-volume luxury environments and is passionate about delivering seamless, safe, and exceptional guest arrivals and departure.
Primary Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Service Standards- Guest Experience & Service Standards Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, delivering 5-star service consistently
- Ensure ADA, VIP, and high-profile guest needs are prioritized and handled with utmost care Respond promptly to guest concerns or vehicle incidents with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and branded valet presence at all operating stations
Team Leadership & Operations Management
- Lead pre-shift briefings, assign zones, and supervise valet attendants during shifts
- Ensure staff adhere to luxury service protocols, uniform standards, and grooming expectations
- Coach team on parking strategies, guest interactions, and other procedures
- Uphold SOPs across all locations, ensuring consistent safety, efficiency, and guest service
Vehicle & Traffic Flow Oversight
- Manage traffic flow, vehicle staging, stacking, and garage access
- Supervise safety across crosswalks and roadways, coordinate with management and Traffic
- Safety department for signage or support as needed
Technology & Revenue Accountability
- Operate and oversee digital system for tracking, revenue capture, and key control
- Validate guest transactions, valet charges, and tip pooling based on location SOP
- Maintain and reconcile shift reports, vehicle status logs, and guest issue documentation
Departmental Coordination & Resource Management
- Liaise with Front Desk, Bell, Security, and Event Ops to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Manage departmental supplies, equipment, and report malfunctions or shortages
Additional Requirements
- Safely operates a variety of luxury and high-performance vehicles
- Continuously evaluate operations to reduce risks, improve efficiency, and enhance service
- quality.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, run, reach with arms and hands, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
- 2+ years of valet or hospitality transportation experience, preferably in a luxury resort
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as
- appropriate with business volumes
- Professional appearance and demeanor always required
