Food and Beverage Manager Fast Casual Outlets
The Food and Beverage Manager – Fast Casual Outlets is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of Filo’s, Ralph’s, Viola & Dot’s, Miss Tilly’s, and The Tack Room. This position supports the Assistant Director of Fast Casual Restaurants by leading outlet teams, ensuring consistent service delivery, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and driving guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
Essential Functions:
•Support daily operations and guest service execution across assigned outlets.
•Work closely with Outlet Leads to ensure proper staffing, training, and scheduling.
•Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and resort operating standards.
•Assist in implementing new menus, specials, and seasonal promotions.
•Monitor and control labor, inventory, and operational expenses.
•Provide hands-on support during service, acting as a visible leader in guest areas.
•Coach and develop front-of-house team members through daily supervision and training.
•Help maintain outlet cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and operational organization.
•Participate in the onboarding and training of new team members.
•Support communication between front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure service flow.
•Address guest concerns and service recovery opportunities with professionalism.
•Assist in maintaining departmental records, including inventory logs, scheduling, and training documentation.
•Uphold the standards of hospitality and professionalism across all guest interactions.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in fast casual, quick service, or high-volume dining environments.
• Strong understanding of food safety, service standards, and team leadership.
• Proven ability to support and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic operation with multiple outlets.
• Basic understanding of labor and cost controls.
• Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to move between multiple outlets on a large resort campus.
